Catching Clouds
Mornings (Mon, Tues & Wed) are rather difficult because I have both girls to wake up, feed, get ready and get to where they need to be (Sofia to La Petite & Ava to my mom's house). Sofia is harder than Ava because it's hit or miss in the morning whether she'll be in a good mood or not. So once I've got her fed (breaksfast of champions: Bananas), and sat her on the potty (pretending to pee, not actually doing it), and fix her hair and put her shoes on it's time to get in the car. One of the surefire ways to get her excited about driving is when I say, "Sofia, let's catch clouds!" This is when I open the sunroof of my car and I stick my hand out of the roof and pretend that I'm catching clouds in my hand then I hand them to her. She loves this. Good thing it doesn't rain in San Diego too often.
