Still singing and tapping my toes now that I'm home from watching A Chorus Line with my sister. Since we both love musicals so much, we decided that instead of exchanging birthday presents, we'd take each other to shows for our birthdays. Last year we saw Jersey Boys and Avenue Q.(Before the show, we ate at Cafe Sevilla....yum!)
At first I wasn't sure if I wanted to see the play since I practically memorized the movie. But I am so happy that I did. It was great. There were aspects of the movie and play that I liked better than the other, but overall, it was a wonderful night. It was a two and a half hour show with NO intermission. The poor teenage boy next to me was squirming so badly.
It's no wonder we're sisters...on our drive home, Jennifer and I were just giggling about how we wish we could be on that stage singing and dancing also...we even talked about taking a jazz class. Her favorite character is Diana and my favorite is Val. And I so want to learn the routine to "One"...crazy? yes!

I think that would be cool to learn that routine too :) maybe you can learn it and then teach it to the rest of us. Glad you had fun!
