Probably because Sofia is now in school that I actually appreciate and love the month of September...she just LOVES school. Every morning she wakes up with a huge smile on her face and is ready to take on another day. Weekends seem to go by too slow for her. Wow! Who would have thought?
Labor Day used to be such a sad holiday for me because it denotes the end of summer, but again, there is something in the air about all of the possibilities and exciting new prospects that the rest of this year has in store for us.
Two of my favorite people were born in September:
my buddy Mei. She is awesome...super mom, super hero (nurse), super friend!
and my sister-in-law Myra. She is so wonderful and so sweet. She loves the girls so much and would do anything for them.
